Whenever I get a case of writer's block, I usually pick up the paper, find something I disagree with, then get on my soapbox and speak out about it. In my case, I don't actually take a soapbox down to a street corner, stand on it, and yell my feelings at passing strangers. First of all, because I have no soapbox, second of all, this kind of activity can get you arrested, and third of all, there is a better and safer way to get your opinion out; write a letter to the editor.
